Hello members,
The SOlar Esclipse event is confirmed and further details will be given by Mr yeh. For those who arei interested, you may assemble outside clubroom at 2.30pm till Mr yeh arrives. You guys would proceed to the stadium then.
I won't be joining due to lessons. For the rest who are in the same situation as me, you may drop by the stadium after your lessons or so. No excuse letters will be provided.
REMINDER: Theres star gazing tmr, assemble at 7pm outside club room.

The Nanyang Polytechnic Astronomy Club (NASTRO) is an astronomy interest group that promotes interest among students on astronomy by organising activities and events that are related to astronomy. Our activities keep our members and students informed about the latest happenings and discoveries on astronomy around the world.
Astronomy is gradually becoming a popular field of study in Singapore. The National University of Singapore has started a course on Astronomical Studies and building an observatory for their own which amounts to tens of millions of dollars. Even students of Primary and Secondary schools are involved actively in the many Astronomical Events held in Singapore each year.
